Ok when I was really suffering from panic disorder this is how I would get myself through stuff. I always told me self “you can have a meltdown and do what you need to do or you can have a meltdown and not do what you need to do” because no matter what shit had to get done. Crippling anxiety over doing homework? Go ahead and fail that class and see how much worse life is going to be. Depression not letting you go to a doctor? Shit is only going to go downhill from there. Nut up because you have no choice.
